Officers are currently canvassing the street and surrounding areas for CCTV footage.

Anybody who was driving on Pritchard Street between 2am and 3am is urged to contact police.

The victim remains unidentified, but McIntyre said he appeared to be of Indian or sub-continental appearance, and aged between 20 and 30.
