Juan Manuel Ubaldo, also known as popular reggae musician Kokoi Baldo, died early on Friday morning in Bacolod City due to an accident. The Voice Season 2 finalist Kokoi Baldo, real name Juan Manuel Ubaldo, has been labelled the “Bob Marley of the Philippines.”Ubaldo, 44, was trying to overtake a car in front of him on the Circumferential Road in Barangay Mandalagan when he lost control of his motorbike and was struck by a 10-wheeler truck transporting sugarcane. According to reports, the catastrophe caused his head to be severed from his body.
