Tosin Dokpesi, Raymond Dokpesi’s ex-wife, is an experienced broadcaster and radio executive with an impressive career that spans over three decades.

Originally known as Tosin Odukoya, she was married to Chief Raymond Dokpesi and currently holds the position of managing director at the DAAR Communications village in Kpaduma Hill, Abuja.

Tosin garnered recognition through her association with Chief Raymond Dokpesi, who is the head of the DAAR Group. Initially, she worked as a newscaster and broadcaster for Raypower FM.

In 1996, when Africa Independent Television (AIT) was launched, her exceptional performance as a presenter at Raypower caught the attention of the management, and she was subsequently transferred to AIT.

Notably, she was honored with the Citizens Image Special Recognition Award as the Great Woman of the 21st Century in Broadcasting in Nigeria.

Additionally, Dokpesi was bestowed with an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Public Communications from Wisconsin University in the United States.

Over the past 23 years, she has held various roles in the field, including program officer, program anchor, newscaster, head of domestic and international operations, as well as senior administrative positions.
