Klum has received six Emmy Award nominations.
She has acted in a number of advertisements for McDonald’s, Volkswagen, and other brands as a spokesmodel for Dannon and H&M. On the occasion of Barbie’s 50th birthday in 2009, Klum was named the doll’s official ambassador.

Additionally, she has made cameos on a number of TV episodes, such as Sex and the City, How I Met Your Mother, Desperate Housewives, and Parks and Recreation. Since 2013, Klum has served as a judge on the NBC reality series America’s Got Talent, with the exception of 2019.
Klum’s 2011 earnings were estimated at $20 million by Forbes magazine in May. The “World’s Top-Earning Models” list compiled by Forbes placed her in second place.
Forbes noted that since ending her 13-year run as a Victoria’s Secret Angel, Klum has become more of a businesswoman than a model. In 2008, she became an American citizen while maintaining her native German citizenship.
