Arsenal are gearing up for a busy week as Mikel Arteta’s side plot their transfer dealings this month and beyond.
The Gunners are at the top of their game at the moment, sitting at the summit of the Premier League and looking like good value to go all the way against the odds this season.

While Arteta has managed to bring in Leandro Trossard from Brighton, Arsenal did miss out on a deal to sign Mykhailo Mudryk, meaning that there is still work to do this month and looking ahead to the summer window.
However, with time running out, Arsenal will be keen to move swiftly to get their business done.
Here, talkSPORT’s football correspondent Alex Crook runs the rule over the top names on Arsenal’s hitlist.
Declan Rice
Arsenal are leading the race to sign Declan Rice from West Ham over the likes of Chelsea. However, a move is likely to be made over the summer, rather than this month.
Crook said: “Declan Rice is one for the summer and it does appear he’s favouring a move to Arsenal.

“If you look at the performance yesterday you look at the relationship between Arsenal and the fans, it’s a good place to be and that will appeal to Declan Rice.
“I think he will see out the season at West Ham. You see the way he celebrated a goal line clearance, he is invested in keeping them in the Premier League.
“Arsenal are favourites to sign him. It will be big money and I can see it happening.”
Jakub Kiwior

A deal that could be done imminently, Arsenal are close to signing Jakub Kiwior.
The 22-year-old centre-back, who currently plays for Italian side Spezia, has nine caps for Poland and is expected to become the newest addition for Mikel Arteta’s side.
Crook explained: “Jakub Kiwior, the Poland international defender, was in the stands [at the Emirates for the Manchester United game] and should complete his move. A deal worth around £22m.”
Ivan Fresneda

The Gunners are also keen on Spanish defender Ivan Fresneda.
The 18-year-old plays predominantly as a right-back for Real Valladolid and is attracting the attention ‘a number of big clubs’.
Crooks said: “They want Ivan Fresneda, a young right-back playing in Spain.
“He started out at Real Madrid and a number of big clubs looking at him. Mikel Arteta wants to get that deal done.”
