Jude Bellingham cheekily responded to Jack Grealish’s pleas for him to sign for Manchester City, urging his England teammate to join him in Germany.
The 19-year-old midfielder is arguably the most sought-after player in Europe with Borussia Dortmund braced to receive bids in the summer.
Real Madrid and City have been heavily linked with a move for the Three Lions international, who could cost as much as £125million.
Meanwhile talkSPORT understands that the player would be willing to join Liverpool – regardless of whether they secure Champions League football.
But Grealish is desperate for that not to happen, as he responded to a comment left by Bellingham on his ex-BVB teammate Manuel Akanki’s Instagram post earlier this month.
Grealish, who now plays alongside Akanji at the Etihad Stadium, said to the former Birmingham starlet: “Come to City xx.”
Bellingham has now returned the favour as he jokingly tried to persuade Grealish to join him at Signal Iduna Park.
Sharing multiple pictures of the England squad over the international break on Instagram after their wins against Italy and Ukraine, Grealish said: “Perfect week away with the boys. What a group of lads.”

And Bellingham wasted no time in copying Grealish’s approach, saying: “Come to Dortmund x.”
Unsurprisingly, Grealish hasn’t responded to Bellingham, much to the dismay of Dortmund supporters.
Bellingham also fuelled speculation regarding his own future with own social media activity as he shared snaps of himself with Liverpool skipper Jordan Henderson and Reds legend Steven Gerrard.
The youngster was effusive in his praise of childhood hero Gerrard when he spoke to the ex-Aston Villa boss in his post-match interview on Channel 4.
Gushing over Gerrard, he remarked: “The things that Stevie could do in terms of the teams he played in, the way he could carry a team.
“The way he could single-handedly win a game, he could do everything as a midfielder.
“I’ve said it multiple times I’ve looked up to you and your game so it’s a pleasure to be stood here right now.”
It’s not just Grealish that is looking to convince Bellingham to leave Dortmund, with Gerrard revealing earlier this year that he was prepared to fly out to Germany and take the midfielder out for dinner to persuade him to sign for Liverpool.
