LaLiga president Javier Tebas has launched yet another attack on Paris Saint-Germain, publicly reiterating that the French giants should be sanctioned for their frivolous use of finances.

PSG, who reportedly made a total loss of €574million between 2020 and 2022, were still able to lure superstar Kylian Mbappe away from Real Madrid this summer with a lucrative £650,000-a-week contract.

The Frenchman’s new blockbuster deal alone is expected to set the club back another €630m over the next three campaigns.

Tebas, who this summer published a formal letter to UEFA outlining LaLiga’s disapproval of the contract extension, has told L’Equipe via Mundo Deportivo that PSG deserved ‘immediate sanctions’.

He said: ’10 million euros for PSG and its president (Nasser Al-Khelaifi) is like a cup of coffee.’

The 60-year-old went on to accuse the Ligue 1 club of ‘breaking the ecosystem of football.’

PSG signed former Barcelona star Neymar Jr for a world record fee of £198m from the LaLiga giants in 2017 and have since assembled one of the most lucrative teams on the planet, with superstars such as Lionel Messi, Marco Verratti and Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Despite Tebas’ protestation, LaLiga giants Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid have each amassed sporting debts of around €1billion (£867m) or more.

Barcelona, who utilised various economic levers this summer in an effort to sign and register new summer signings including Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha and Jules Kounde, reportedly still owe Manchester City £46m for the transfer of Ferran Torres in January, as Sportsmail revealed last month.
