In the previous chapter, we start with a flashback of Stain flying towards a big battle between All Might and All For One. He figured out what was happening by overhearing a conversation between All Might, Ingenium, and another person with scars. As he got closer, he saw blood and stuff flying around, but he couldn’t tell whose blood it was. Stain used his super sense of smell to make sure it wasn’t All Might’s.

Now, back in the present, Stain wonders if All Might has truly understood how important his own life is. Stain’s reason for confronting All Might in the past was to make him realize the value of his life, and it seems like All Might gets it. They’re getting ready to fight, but then, All For One does something crazy. He uses a bunch of superpowers to make his blood leave his body.

It turns out, All For One had planned for Stain to show up and messed with his blood so Stain couldn’t use his powers. A weird mouth comes out of All For One’s back and hurts Stain. All Might tries to help, but All For One throws him away. Stain’s hurt, and All For One wants to steal his powers.

But All Might is a fighter. Even though he’s hurt, he’s not giving up. He’s determined to keep going. And at the end of the chapter, we see All For One getting closer to Shigaraki, getting ready to teleport or something.
