Actress from White Lotus sends over 100 angry tweets to Trump

Natasha Rothwell added an extra zinger to her daily dose of X shade thrown at President Donald Trump.

The actress, aged 44, well-known for her portrayal of Belinda Lindsey on the hit HBO show The White Lotus, injected a fresh element into a recent tweet during the weekend.

From last October, Rothwell has consistently tweeted Trump with the words ‘you are trash,’ tallying well over 100 tweets thus far.

The stream of three-word tweets commenced prior to Trump’s election victory over Democratic challenger and former Vice President Kamala Harris.

Hailing from Wichita, Kansas, Rothwell altered her usual daily tweet to Trump on Saturday by incorporating a snapshot of him appearing uncomfortable at Pope Francis’ funeral in Rome.

Roswell changed things up on Saturday when she posted a picture of Trump from the event in St. Peter’s Square, added an LMAO for an extra zing of disrespect.

Roswell, who has also been seen on Insecure, has been remarkably consistent in her trolling of Trump, sending out 107 tweets reading ‘you are trash’ addressed at the second term president. 

Roswell tweeting about 87 times since the beginning of February, and 65 times since the beginning of March.

On days she would not post the message, she would double post to make up for it afterwards. 

The commander-in-chief remains in battle these days amid concerns about the economy and his tariff plans.

Tuesday will mark the 100th day Trump has spent as president, with uncertainty in regard to how much he has delivered on the promises he made while on the campaign trail last year. 

Rothwell, who’s also been seen in How to Die Alone, last month spoke to Vulture about her collaborations with The White Lotus creator Mike White.

‘Mike’s very aware that he’s not a Black woman, and so there’s a perspective that he needs,’ she told the outlet. 

Rothwell said she and White ‘sat down season one and went page by page with Belinda scenes.

‘I would pitch lines, and it would be the same intent, but it would sound or feel more authentic for my POV.’

Rothwell said of the scene with the large monitor lizard: ‘The animal people were like, “We want you to meet the lizard. I am not a nature girlie.”‘

White told the publication that Rothwell was a ‘foxhole buddy’ amid a very brutal shoot.

‘Natasha knew what I was dealing with. To have somebody who was on the threads with all the other actors, keeping everybody’s spirits in the right place – she saved my ass.’

The White Lotus season three cast also included Patrick Schwarzenegger, Walton Goggins, Scott Glenn, Carrie Coon, Michelle Monaghan, Leslie Bibb, Blackpink’s Lisa (Lalisa Manobal), Dom Hetrakul, Jason Isaacs and Tayme Thapthimthong.

Other members of the ensemble cast include Sarah Catherine Hook, Sam Nivola, Aimee Lou Wood, Nicholas Duvernay, Francesca Corney, Arnas Fedaravicius, Christian Friedel, Morgana O’Reilly, Lek Patravadi and Shalini Peiris.
