A swanky New Orleans townhouse once owned by the world’s most famous warring exes could be snapped up for as little as $1 million.

The former home of power-couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has hit the Louisiana luxury housing market, after previously being a part of the duo’s sprawling real estate portfolio.

Purchased in 2006, the year after ‘Brangelina’ met on the film set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith, the lavish mansion boasts a number of elite amenities and is found in the city’s iconic French Quarter neighborhood.

And with New Orleans neighbors including Beyonce and Jay Z, Sandra Bullock and John Goodman, the hotspot’s new owners will want to prepare a bid quickly.

While the more comfortable spaces are complete with Venetian plaster walls and fireplaces, the sleek kitchen includes multiple marble counters, a wine cooler, a sub-zero refrigerator and pantry.

The opulent marble finishings are also found in the owner’s suite, which also includes antique sconces and a balcony overlooking the New Orleans scenery.

The envy-worthy property is sure to bring visitors, with the home also coming with four guest bedrooms and an exclusive three-story guest house, complete with a spiral staircase and gym.

It is clear to see why a slew of A-listers have also bought homes in the area, with actor John Goodman reportedly a common sight in the streets of the French Quarter.

The home itself also has a celebrity history that extends beyond its most famous occupants, as famed producer Cosimo Matassa used it as a studio as he recorded R&B greats such as Ray Charles.

When Pitt and Jolie bought the home in 2006, they reportedly intended to use it as a base for their Make It Right Foundation, one of a number of charities they set up to put their fortune to good use.

The foundation was devoted to rebuilding homes in the area destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.

It was sold amid the couple’s high-profile split in 2016, and has now hit the market again with a starting bid of just $1 million.

The home is being auctioned off by Interluxe Auctions.
