The father of the missing infant, Emmanuel Haro, has changed his plea to guilty on all charges during a court appearance on Thursday, reversing his previous stance.
He is now facing charges including second-degree homicide, filing a false police report, and assault on a child under 8 years old, resulting in great bodily harm and death. His sentencing is scheduled for November 3, 2025.
Both Jake and Rebecca Haro were present in court, confronting murder charges after reporting their 7-month-old son Emmanuel missing in August.
