Fauci to Be Deposed on His Role in Suppressing COVID Information by Missouri and Louisiana Attorneys General

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci, the wizened visage of the mismanagement of the COVID pandemic will be deposed Wednesday by  Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry. The case is called Missouri vs. Biden, and it alleges that the Biden White House and its lickspittles closely coordinated with social media companies to suppress discussion of COVID and other administration failures.

“Tomorrow, along with my colleague from Louisiana, my Office and I will depose Dr. Anthony Fauci in our lawsuit against the Biden Administration for allegedly colluding with social media companies to censor freedom of speech,” said Attorney General Schmitt. “Since we filed our landmark lawsuit, we have uncovered documents and discovery that show clear coordination between the Biden Administration and social media companies on censoring speech, but we’re not done yet. We plan to get answers on behalf of the American people. Stay tuned.”

“We all deserve to know how involved Dr. Fauci was in the censorship of the American people during the COVID pandemic; tomorrow, I hope to find out. And I will continue fighting for the truth as it relates to Big Government colluding with Big Tech to stifle free speech,” said Attorney General Landry.

Missouri and Louisiana filed this landmark lawsuit in May of 2022 and have since received discovery showing that the federal government and the Biden Administration have worked with social media companies to censor speech on topics like COVID-19 and other issues.

This is related to a subpoena for the deposition of former Biden press muppet Jen Psaki; see Judge Head Fakes Jen Psaki Before Blowing up Her Attempt to Avoid Accountability.

Unfortunately, Fauci’s imminent perjur-mony will not be on video or audio. Watching him have to answer questions without some Democrat committee chairman riding to his rescue would be material for pay-per-view.

While many progressives have laughed about this case, it is probably one of the nation’s more significant free speech cases. If virtual communications monopolies like Twitter, Meta (or whatever they’re calling it this week), and Google can take marching orders from the government on speech to suppress, does free speech really exist?
