The Goop founder, 52, who is known for her notorious approach to health and nutrition, admitted that she’s grown to be “sick” of the caveman diet, which eliminates modern foods.

“I went into hardcore macrobiotic for a certain time, that was an interesting chapter where I got obsessed with eating very very healthily,” she said on her “Goop” podcast Tuesday.

“I really deepened my connection with food and the whole philosophy around macrobiotics which is essentially just how they eat in the mountains of Japan so very local and seasonal.”

“Lots of fish, vegetables, rice, no diary, no sugar etc. I think that period of time I might have got a little didactical about it,” the mom of two added.

Paltrow previously detailed her meticulous daily routine, which involves coffee that won’t “spike” her blood sugar, her first meal of bone broth — or “soup,” as she called it — at noon, then an early dinner of “lots of vegetables” to fit the strict diet.

In between her two meals, she tries to fit in an hour of “movement,” whether it’s taking a walk or following a Tracy Anderson workout, then dry brushing and a 30-minute infrared sauna session.

The Oscar winner, who founded her Goop in 2008, stuck to the diet for years alongside her TV producer husband Brad Falchuk, 54.

“I was just so amazed that we had this power in our hands that if we treated ourselves well and hydrated and ate whole foods that we could just feel so much better. I was sort of intoxicated by that idea and I still feel that way to this day,” she said.

“Things have gotten a little more complicated with me and longer term with inflammation and stuff. It’s the reason Brad and I became Paleo a few years ago now. Although I’m a little bit sick of it, if I’m honest.”

Paltrow admitted that she’s now “getting back into” indulging in sourdough bread and cheese.

“There I said it.. a little pasta after being strict with it for so long. But again I think it’s a good template, eating foods that are as whole and fresh as possible. I don’t think there are any doctor or nutritionist that would refute that,” she added.

Indeed, Paltrow wasted no time reaching for the taboo goodies.

On Wednesday, the “Talented Mr. Ripley” actress shared a series of snaps on her Instagram Story in which she indulged in a burger, fries and pizza.

Paltrow’s diet has been put on blast by fans before, as she regularly boasts “detox” recipes and celeb “cleanses.”

She’s even backed a raw vegan diet that experts have warned could pose health risks.
