Hakeem Jeffries Just Made a Damning Admission About the Dems' Agenda During Socialism Vote

The founding principles of our country are based on the preservation of our individual rights and freedoms. It’s why the very nature of our country is the antithesis of socialism and collectivism. It’s also why when we on the right see Democrats making that long march to the left, it’s an incredibly concerning thing to see–particularly for those of us who know what that oppression was like in other countries.

The Democrats proved on Thursday just how concerned we should be with how enamored of socialism they have become. As we reported earlier, there was a split vote on a motion the Republicans introduced condemning socialism — 219 Republicans and 109 Democrats voting for it, 86 Democrats voting against it, 14 voting present, and six not voting.

Just so you know exactly what was being considered, the motion condemned the horrors that have resulted from socialism, including the evils and deaths committed by murderous dictators like Joseph Stalin and Mao Tse-Tung.

But the Democrats, including House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), argued against this resolution that condemned the murderous dictators. Between the 86 who voted against the resolution and the 14 who voted present, 100 didn’t vote for a resolution condemning murderous dictators.

“That’s a scary point of view,” House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Ca) said, that 100 Democrats couldn’t say that socialism was wrong.

Here are the 100 who voted “no” or voted “present.”

Indeed, Jeffries made a major admission as he argued against the resolution. Listen as Jeffries argues that voting for this resolution would undermine the Democrats’ House agenda. This says everything you need to know, right here.

He claims they all condemn the dictators — but yet, they didn’t.

“The goal of this phony, fake, and fraudulent resolution is just to somehow provide cover for extreme MAGA Republicans to try to undermine an agenda that is designed to lift up the health, safety, and well-being of the American people,” Jeffries proclaimed.

That sure sounded to me like he just said the quiet part out loud and confessed that the Democrats are socialists, or why else is he bringing up their agenda here — unless he sees it as socialist? To suggest that socialism lifts up the health, safety, and well-being of the American people is just folly, when everywhere it has been tried, it has been one of the most harmful systems on the planet. As McCarthy said, this is scary stuff we’re seeing, as the “Democrats” keep morphing into the “Democratic Socialists/Straight-up Socialists.”

Jeffries’ remark was not lost on the American people who value the rights of the individual and limited government.

Fortunately, 109 Democrats disagree, but when Jeffries and 100 of his people not only can’t stand against an evil system but appear to endorse it, that’s a huge threat to the freedom of this nation.
