A Los Angeles squatter took over a Hollywood Hills mansion and created fake leases to rent out rooms to OnlyFans models who trashed the property, a distraught real estate agent claims.

Emily Randall Smith and her husband were checking on the seven-bedroom home in Hollywood Hills in January when they noticed something strange at the property.

‘We walked up the property and the lock box was cut off. And there was a mailbox someone had ordered and put up. Like that was very weird, that was not here before,’ Randall Smith told Fox 11.

The couple called the police when Randall Smith’s husband walked to the side of the house and found a man sleeping inside.

Police were unable to get the man to leave, so the couple waited until he left on his own and called police again. That’s when they learned the squatter has been renting out rooms to OnlyFans creators.

‘They knocked on the door and I guess some girl opened it and she ended up being an OnlyFans model and I guess the guy who had broken into the house had started this whole business and was renting these rooms out to the girls,’ Randall Smith said.

Police escorted a woman and her dog out of the property, leaving piles of filth for Randall Smith and her husband to clean up – but no one was arrested.

‘It’s just a really eerie feeling to feel that somebody went into your property and tried to live there and make it their home.’

As California’s homeless population continues to grow and soaring rent prices are pushing people out of their homes, real estate agents and landlords have said they are seeing increasing numbers of squatters.

Alex Capozzolo of SD House Guys, a California based homebuying company, said in a press release that squatters fears are pushing landlords to buy out of state properties.

‘The squatter problem isn’t getting better here. We’ve had multiple rental properties have tenants stop paying and start squatting,’ Capozzolo said.

‘It’s not always easy getting them out. This is why we’re beginning to make offers on properties outside of California.’

A vacant four-bed, 5,857 square foot, $4.3 million Beverly Hills home has become the site of almost daily raucous late-night parties hosted by a group of alleged squatters since October.

The parties often don’t start until 2 am, run on for hours, and have resulted in assaults, fires and arrests.

The squatters even advertised rooms in the home on Booking.com for $300 per night and charge hundreds of party guests $75 entry fees at the gate.

Police raided the home in late January after they responded to reports of a home invasion and included suspects armed with knives.

All detainees were later released, and no charges were brought, according to KTLA.
