EXCLUSIVE – Nikki Haley asks who is REALLY running the White House for 80-year-old Biden: 2024 contender tells DailyMail.com she is really running against Kamala – because Joe won’t survive a full second term

  • ‘I think everybody questions’ who calls the shots in the White House since Biden’s cognitive health has declined, Haley told DailyMail.com
  • ‘I will continue to say that a vote for President Biden is really a vote for president Kamala Harris’
  • The 2024 GOP primary is most important race ever because there is only ‘one chance’ to beat Kamala, she adds

Nikki Haley is questioning who truly is running the White House as President Biden’s cognitive health declines in his old age, and setting the stage for taking on Kamala Harris in 2024, saying the president ‘won’t make it’ another four years.

‘I think everybody questions’ who calls the shots in the White House since Biden’s cognitive health has declined, Haley told DailyMail.com during an exclusive interview Thursday at a Midland, Texas, oil rig.

‘I will continue to say that a vote for President Biden is really a vote for president Kamala Harris,’ she added.

‘Everybody knows that. Everybody knows that at 82 years old, if you watch him, and you see how far he’s declined in the last couple of years he’s not going to make it through an entire term.’ Biden would be 82 by the time he is sworn-in for his second term if he wins the general election.

‘So I am running against Kamala Harris. That’s who I see it as. That’s who the American people see it as.’

Haley questioned what, if anything, Harris has done as vice president.

‘She was named the border czar – well, that didn’t go very well. She had now been named the artificial intelligence (AI) czar. Well, we’re just literally doing nothing on that.’

‘I’ve yet to see anything that Kamala Harris has done in the Biden administration.’

‘So the idea that she would be president makes us wonder what exactly what happened to us.’

She laid out a version of America under a Harris presidency.

‘What I know is, foreign policy would be in shambles because dictators would do whatever they wanted with the U.S.,’ said Haley.

Kamala would focus on abortion and ‘open borders’ rather than transparency in the classrooms, she continued.

‘That’s not what we want. It’s not good for America. We’ve got to turn this around.’

‘We’ve got one chance to do it,’ warned the former South Carolina governor. ‘And that’s why this primary matters so much.’

Three more presidential hopefuls joined the 2024 GOP primary this week – former Vice President Mike Pence, former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum.

As for whether Christie and Pence are formidable challengers to her, Haley told DailyMail.com she welcomes them to the race.

‘We’re going to continue doing what we are no one can outwork me in this,’ she said.

‘We’re in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina all the time. We are doing town halls, we’re answering every question we’re touching every hand. We’re staying till the last person’s gone. I’m going to continue to do this.’

‘I think the American people want to see hard work. They want their support earned, and they want to make sure that you’re going to have solutions that will take us off and make our children’s lives better. I’m determined to do that.’

Haley is polling around

The former U.N. ambassador joins a growing field of GOP hopefuls including her old boss former President Donald Trump, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Sen. Tim Scott, former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy.
