The co-hosts of ABC’s “The View” expressed a desire this week to feature more Republican guests on their daytime talk show. Joy Behar, one of the panelists, speculated that GOP members might be too “scared” to join the all-female ensemble.
“That might apply to politicians across the board,” Behar continued. “But if they would come on the show and clarify their intentions for this country, I’m all ears.”
In response to Behar’s comments, several conservative figures and lawmakers took to social media to express their willingness to participate. Florida Congressman Byron Donalds, a Republican gubernatorial candidate, reiterated his readiness to appear on the show.
