According to the FBI Violent Crime Task Force, the man went into a First Convenience Bank located in a Fiesta at 5600 Mykawa Rd. in southeast Houston just after 10 a.m. on June 29.

The suspect went to an open counter station and handed the teller a note demanding cash, officials said. He is said to have threatened her with a gun.
After the teller complied, FBI officials said the suspect left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money and was seen running into a nearby wooded area.

He is identified as a black male, early 20s, approximately 5’7″, medium build and wearing large black sunglasses, a gray hoodie and white sneakers.

Witnesses described the suspect as a black male in his early 20s, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and of medium build.
At the time of the robbery, he was wearing large, black sunglasses, a blue surgical mask, a gray zip-up hoodie with the hood pulled up, a black dorag, black Nike pants with red and blue stripes down the sides, and white sneakers and gloves.
FBI officials released surveillance photos of the “Big Shades Bandit” in disguise in hopes someone would recognize him.
