Authorities in Riverdale, Illinois, are actively searching for a man accused of abducting four children from the south suburbs in the early hours of Saturday.
According to the Riverdale Police Department, officers were alerted to a possible domestic-related kidnapping around 1:30 a.m. in the 13600 block of Lowe Avenue.
The suspect, identified as 29-year-old Austin Bell, allegedly took off in a vehicle that wasn’t his, with four children in the backseat: Nia Hill, 10; Noah Hill, 7; Nolan Hill, 7; and Nova Hill, 7. Authorities confirmed Bell is not the children’s father.
An Amber Alert has been issued for the children, along with the description of the vehicle—a silver 2010 Acura MDX with the Illinois license plate FE 60619.
Seven-year-old Nolan Hill is described as weighing 54 pounds, standing 4 feet tall, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and jeans.
Nova weighs 64 pounds, is 4 feet tall and has brown eyes and black hair. Nova is wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans.
Noah weighs 60 pounds, is 4 feet tall and has brown eyes and black hair. Noah is wearing a green hoodie, black pants and blue shoes.
Nia weighs 90 pounds, is 4 feet tall and has brown eyes and black braided ponytail hair. Nia is wearing an orange t-shirt and black joggers.
The suspect, Bell, has brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5-foot-7 and weighs 215 pounds.
