Jonbenet Ramsey Killed: Did Brother Burke Ramsey Suspect Murder Her?

Burke Ramsey, JonBenet Ramsey’s brother, was a suspect in his sister’s murder.

Burke Ramsey was born in 1987 to parents John Bennett and Patsy Ramsey.

His father, John, was a wealthy businessman, and the family appeared to be content in Boulder, Colorado.

The murder of Burke’s sister JonBenet on December 26, 1996, however, permanently altered all of their lives.

The family was engulfed in a media circus, and everyone who had anything to do with the child was viewed with suspicion.

Where Is Burke Ramsey Now?

Burke Ramsey sued CBS for defamation, and the case was settled out of court.

Furthermore, he filed a lawsuit against Dr. Werner Spitz, who accused Burke of murdering his six-year-old sister in the CBS documentary The Case of JonBenét Ramsey.

Burke declared his innocence, as well as the innocence of his mother and father, on the US talk show Dr. Phil.

He even stated that he was willing to take a lie detector test to prove his innocence.

Burke also stated that his mother, Patsy, murdering his pageant-winning sister “doesn’t make sense.”

He was adamant that his cancer-stricken mother, who died in 2006, never spanked her children. “There’s nothing like that,” he added. “Not by any means.”

For the past 20 years, he has wished to grow up like any other child, according to Burke.

Is He Married & Still Alive?

We don’t know if Burke Ramsey is married, but we do know he’s alive.

Burke must have had a difficult childhood as a result of the attention he received. After a breakthrough in the case, all of the rumors surrounding him and his family were discovered.

Gary Oliva allegedly confessed to the murder of JonBenet, whose body was discovered on Boxing Day, 1996, in the basement of her family’s home in Boulder, Colorado, by parents John and Patsy Ramsey.

Nobody has ever been found guilty of JonBenet’s murder, and the case remained unsolved until Oliva’s apparent confession.

He is currently serving a 10-year sentence for photos of child abuse and has long been suspected of murder.
