Richard Romo Arrested – Who Is He?

Authorities in Goodyear were looking for a suspect in a hit-and-run that killed a 13-year-old boy riding his bike home from school on Tuesday (26th April 22) afternoon.

 

 

Earlier, when the accident happened Richard Romo was out of the scene. He left the scene, without bothering to take the victim to the hospital but chose to run away.

According to a news release from the Goodyear Police Department, the incident occurred around 2:45 p.m. in the area of the 182nd and San Gabriel roads.

The school identified the boy as Dylan Buensuceso. Earlier, the authorities described the suspect as a Hispanic male wearing a long-sleeve orange shirt and driving a white full-size Ford pickup truck with damage to the right front headlight.

Goodyear police had done a great job by getting hold of Richard, who resulted in the death of an innocent teen. However, it is not known how they got the lead to him.

On Tuesday afternoon, a white Food pickup collided with the child and his bike near 182nd and San Gabriel roads. Dylan, an eighth-grader at Estrella Mountain Elementary School, died after being rushed to the hospital.

Fox 10 reporter, Nicole Garcia posted a tweet, that Richard was convicted of aggravated DUI in 2019 and was currently on probation and had a suspended license.

Where Is Richard Romo From? – His Jail Sentence

According to a press release from the Goodyear Police Department, Richard Romo was apprehended. He was caught on Thursday, 28th April 2022, evening in the neighborhood.

 

 

The 44-year-old Richard hit Dylan Buensuceso, a teen boy, who was injured while riding his bicycle. Richard was charged with two counts of leaving the scene of injury fatalities.

The boy died at the hospital, where he was rushed for treatment. When the incident happened Goodyear police set themselves in the search of the victim of the accident. His sentence has yet to be pronounced.
