Wali is a member of the Royal Canadian 22nd Regiment, which deployed to Iraq in 2015 to assist in the fight against the Islamic State’s forces. Between 2009 and 2011, he was involved in combat in the Kandahar theater of the Afghanistan War.

One of his comrades shot dead an Islamic State terrorist in June 2017 from a distance of over two miles, 3450 meters. His number of confined kills is yet to be revealed.

The sniper is known by his nickname ‘Wali.’ He was given the nickname in Afghanistan, and it is an Arabic word, which means protector, authority, master, and custodian.

 

 

The real name of the sharpshooter has not been revealed to the media. Wali became a computer scientist in Canada, and he was still programming stuff a week ago. He is now grabbing anti-tank missiles to kill real people.
