‘The Flash’ star Ezra Miller was arrested for the second time in Hawaii on Tuesday, after the actor, who identifies as non-binary and uses they/they pronouns, allegedly threw a chair at a woman’s head. when she asked them to leave her house.
Miller, 29, was arrested for second-degree assault after police responded to reports of an assault in a subdivision on the Big Island of the Hawaiian archipelago.
Authorities were called to the Leilani State Subdivision in Pāhoa shortly after 1 a.m. m. Tuesday, Hawaii News Now reported.
Authorities said Miller became angry when they were asked to leave a meeting at a residence and threw a chair, hitting a 26-year-old woman in the forehead.
The unidentified woman was left with a half-inch cut, but she refused treatment, police said. The Hollywood star was arrested 20 minutes after the attack during a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 130 and Kukula Street in Kea’au.

Miller was released at 4 a.m. pending an investigation, police said in a statement.
The arrest comes just weeks after another run-in with police after Miller was accused of harassing a woman at a Hilo karaoke bar.
They were arrested Tuesday just hours before a scheduled court hearing on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment stemming from the March incident.
The non-binary actor, who plays The Flash in the DC Cinematic Universe, also received a restraining order from a couple who bailed them out of jail.
The couple said Miller threatened and robbed them while they were staying at the couple’s home in Hawaii. The couple have since withdrawn the request for a restraining order.
Miller was arrested last month at the Margarita Village karaoke bar in Hilo Hawaii in the photo. The actor was accused of harassing a 23-year-old woman and lashing out at a man who was playing darts.
Then later that night, Miller lunged at a 32-year-old man who was playing darts at the bar. Eventually, the police were called in to deal with the runaway star.
A local couple Miller had met at a local farmer’s market and allowed the actor to stay at his home bailed Miller out of jail on $500 bail following the arrest, Radar reported.
His husband, who has not been publicly identified, alleged that after returning home from jail, Miller had a nervous breakdown and threatened his wife, saying, “I will bury you and your wife.”A judge would later drop the drug possession charge, but they were charged with two citations for disorderly conduct and ordered to pay a $600 fine.
Warner Bros and DC executives held an emergency meeting on March 30 in which they agreed to halt any future projects involving Miller, following his arrest at the karaoke bar in Hilo, sources told Rolling Stone.
Insiders told the publication that Miller, who has a history of ‘breakdowns,’ will not be participating in any public appearances for the DC Cinematic Universe despite Miller’s The Flash opening next year.

When contacted by DailyMail.com on Tuesday, Dean said his clients’ case had been dismissed and that he was not aware of Miller’s arrest prior to the call.
He confirmed that no further hearings will be held now that the case has been dismissed.
Miller previously sparked controversy in April 2020 when a video was circulated that allegedly showed the actor choking a woman while at a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland, reported Variety.

The actor, then 19 years old, was a passenger in a vehicle in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, when police stopped them and discovered 20 grams of marijuana.
