Gareth Arnold, Senior Public Relations Manager faces six counts of similar charges.
As per CPS, they made fraudulent invoices to the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority in 2019.
The third person jointly charged with a Proceeds of Crime Act Offence is John Woodliff.
