- He made his first film appearance as a boy in the crowd in the 2019 Malayalam-language action thriller film Madhura Raja, a spin-off to the 2010 film Pokkiri Raja. However, Naslen’s role went uncredited.
- In 2019, he was cast as Melvin in the Malayalam-language coming-of-age comedy-drama film Thanneer Mathan Dinangal (English: Watermelon Days). This marked his first credited film appearance.
- In 2021, Naslen K. Gafoor was cast as Rasool in the Malayalam language survival political thriller film Kuruthi.
