Arianna Fontana’s husband, Anthony Lobello Jr is a former short-track speed skater.

Anthony now works as a coach for Arianna. The couple demonstrated that they are not only good in their personal lives, but also in their professional lives.

Initially, her country’s federation was unwilling to accept Anthony as their coach. Furthermore, they did not want the pair to compete in the Olympics in Beijing.

After her recent victory, the officials passed her in the hallway but didn’t congratulate her. Well, Arianna was not ready to meet the either as she spoke to AP News claiming that it’s better if they stay out of her way.

Speaking of her husband, Anthony began coaching Arianna after the 2014 Winter Olympics. He reportedly assisted her in the 2018 Olympics, where she also won gold.

Anthony, on the other hand, had competed for the United States in 2006. However, he later changed his nationality to Italian and represented the country in the Olympics in 2014.

The couples began dating in 2012, according to Show Biz Corner. They married two years later, in May 2014, in Colico, Italy.

Before entering the 2022 Winter Olympics, she and her family members went through a hard time. Indeed, they were disrespected as they didn’t receive any support from the Italian coaching staff.
