Phil Collins Health Problems – Collins has battled a number of health issues over the last decade. His fans are worried about his declining health.
English drummer and singer Phil Collins performed in Berlin on Monday, March 8, 2022, at the Mercedes Benz Arena. During the performance, the frontman looked frail as he performed with his band Genesis.
Collins opted to remain seated throughout the performance. Meanwhile, concertgoers were left worried by seeing his condition.

Phil Collins has been plagued by numerous health issues in recent years, says the Dailymail.
After injuring vertebrae in his upper back in 2009, the singer’s health began to deteriorate. During a live show, he had sustained the problem.
Following the health issue, the English drummer appeared to have given up playing the drums. He is said to have been in excruciating pain as a result of severe nerve damage.
In addition, Fox News has released photographs from the concert, indicating that Collins has already stopped headbanging and moving about the stage. However, despite issues he and his band have always been there to entertain the fans.
Phil Collins Spinal Injury And Progress As of Now
Phil Collins is 71 years of age so as his band members. He had suffered a serious spinal injury during his late fifties.
The singer had to have surgery to repair the vertebrae after falling from the stage. He claimed that he had lost feeling in his fingers and that he could only hold drumsticks if they were taped to his hands.
Collins wrote on the Genesis website at the time, “After a successful operation on my neck, my hands still can’t function normally.”

“Perhaps in a year or so, it will change, but for the time being, I am unable to play the drums or piano.”
Following his retirement and divorce, the drummer opened up about his alcoholism in 2016. The following year, he revealed that he was a Type 2 diabetic with abscesses on his foot that were causing infections.
The artist escaped his hotel room in the middle of the night in 2017, resulting in stitches and severe wounds to his eyes.
He has also been suffering from acute pancreatitis for a long time.
