According to the police, the case will be filled to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office for consideration of charging.
Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department were dispatched to the 22500 block of Victory Boulevard, near the intersection of Shoup Avenue, at 7:40 a.m. Sunday after receiving multiple 911 calls from residents.
