The actor and dancer from Hawaii was most recently seen in Side Hustle’s TV series (2021-2022). He played the role of Horrigan in the American buddy comedy television series that premiered on Nickelodeon, Side Hustle.

Japanese American child actor Reyn Doi is 13-year-old as of 2022. In February 2021, the actor was reported to be 12-year-old when cast in the comedy movie Barn and Star Go to Vista Del Mar.

In the comedy movie, the actor landed his first big role and co-starred with Kristen Wiig. The movie was released on February 12, 2021, and his remarkable acting received acclaim from many viewers.

 

 

Besides being an actor, Doi is also a dancer. He started dancing when he was around four years old. After attending the dance class for quite a long time, he finally got the moves.

Years earlier, the actor went to a workshop in Los Angeles, and that is how he got introduced to acting. He soon discovered his passion for acting and further decided to pursue a career in acting.

Reyn also stated that he was never really into sports and wanted to pursue something else. When he was 4, he was an MC at his preschool for his grade’s performance. After which, everyone gave him compliments for doing a great job.

When he was nine years old, Reyn went to a workshop in LA while still living in Hawaii. That is where Reyn’s acting journey started. His very first audition resulted in him getting booked for his first job.

 

 

It was a commercial, and he was a dancing kid. He always loved dancing as he loved grooving and vibing to the music. He felt like a part of him has always been a dancer. He prefers acting because it is his main passion.

Later the actor moved from Hawaii to LA. In an interview, he stated that he was happy and sad both simultaneously. He missed his best friend every day at school and the beautiful beach.

Reyn Doi is a Japanese American actor whose wither father or mother might be from Japan. The actual information, however, is yet to get disclosed. He is active on social accounts and is mostly seen sharing pictures with his team.

In an interview with New York Post, he talked about an unfortunate event while he was headed for his first scene in the movie in 2019. Doi was preparing for the shoot when his mother suffered severe stomach pain.

His mom was immediately transported to the hospital to seek medical assistance, and they found out it was due to a kidney stone.

Additionally, his mother introduced me to a dancing class in Hawaii, Reyn stated in an interview with Photobook. Reyn grew up in Honolulu and now resides in LA
