Hal Mumme was recently arrested from downtown, Lexington.
He is charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest, following an incident alleged to have occurred at the address of the Hyatt Regency hotel downtown at 12:24 a.m.
The incident started after Mumme’s wife refused to pay the $250 bill and the couple was being threatening towards the bar staff the authorities were called to the hotel, according to Fox Lexington.
According to Fox Lexington, he was asked to leave the building by officers on multiple occasions but refused. Additionally, he used force and violence to resist arrest.
As of now, Mumme is being held by the authorities and he is scheduled to appear in front of the court on Friday, at 1 pm.
