The guards of the event immediately stepped up to diffuse the dispute as they dragged Ms. Obiano near her husband.
Bianca Ojukwu is the widow of the late politician, Odumegwu Ojukwu.
It was quite a drama in the ceremony which was supposed to go peacefully as the new governor was to commence his office.
