Smiley has been charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a machine gun.
However, he was injured after the shooting and his treatment is going on at a local hospital. Smiley will be booked into Sacramento County Main Jail once he is released from the hospital.

Sacramento Shooters Smiley Martin and Dandrea Martin have not revealed anything about their family and parents yet.
Information about other family members of the siblings has not come to the surface as authorities have not revealed much about them.
