Armed and Under the Influence at Toro Loco

Portsmouth Police arrested a 28-year-old man after a report of a disturbance came in just before 2 am.

A caller said four people were yelling and shoving each other in the alley behind Toro Loco Restaurant. The caller thought the parties might be drunk.

When police arrived on the scene, they took a man into custody and impounded a firearm.

Justin OhmJustin Ohm

Police charged Justin Ohm with using weapons while intoxicated. 

This was Ohm’s 8th arrest. Previous charges included domestic violence and disorderly conduct. Officers booked him into the Scioto County Jail, and he was later released per the court.
