Christina Burkhart is an Emmy Award-winning American morning meteorologist and health reporter for AWJRT channel 12, an ABC affiliate in Flint, Michigan. She is the host of ”Good Morning Mid-Michigan.” Christina worked as a meteorologist and one-man-band reporter for an NBC/ABC affiliate in Traverse City, Michigan, before joining ABC12. She was born in the state of Pennsylvania.
In regards to her schooling, she attended Hillsdale College for a year before completing her bachelor’s degree in earth science at Michigan State University. She finished an internship at WDIV in Detroit after working as a research assistant for the University of Michigan and decided that broadcasting is her passion.
