Burgum directs flags at half-staff for victims of Nashville shooting

(KXNET) — Governor Doug Burgum is directing all government agencies to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff until sunset on March 31.

According to a news release, this is in honor and remembrance of the shooting victims in Nashville.

Gov. Burgum wants to encourage North Dakotans to do the same at their homes and businesses.

This directive is in accordance with a proclamation issued by President Joe Biden.
