Lisa Tesch: Grandmother Sought in Hit-and-Run That Killed Toddler’ Police in Indiana are looking for a 51-year-old woman they say struck and killed her toddler granddaughter in a hit-and-run in a motel parking lot on Friday.
Cheyenne Allen, the little girl’s mother, said her boyfriend opened the door and 18-month-old Eleanor Campbell darted outside, WLKY reported. Before they could stop her, the girl made it to the parking lot of the Motel 6, where she was struck by a white Chevrolet Trailblazer.
The driver sped away, but the incident was captured on surveillance video, police said.

The Jeffersonville Police Department has asked the community to be on the lookout for Eleanor’s grandmother, Lisa Tesch, and caution that she should be considered armed and dangerous.

Tesch drives a white Chevrolet Trailblazer with Kentucky plate number A9Z280.
The cameras show the vehicle running over a small toddler and then leaving the scene at 2012 Hospitality Way, JPD said in a news release Monday afternoon.

The toddler was identified by the coroner as one-year-old Eleanor Campbell.

Police are asking the community to be on the lookout for Lisa G. (Gail/Gayle) Tesch, 51.
