Houge said he was a reoccurring nighttime intruder. She added he did not have socks to come to his long dirty toenails. This made Cooper-Jones leave the courtroom.

Cooper Jones said the comment to Arbery from Laura was rude. She said, no matter what kind of toe he had, he was running for his life, and it’s irrelevant too.

Arbery’s father Marcus Arbery Sr. agreed with what his wife has to say again to the attorney Laura for her comment on his son’s toe. They were hurt for what had happened.

Attorney Laura Houge and her husband Franklin Houge represented Greg McMichael, the father of Travis McMichael. He chased Arbery in a vehicle before shooting him dead.

The couple is based in Macon of Georgia, and have helped provide a juridical evaluation of many murder cases. Arbery’s case shocked the neighbors.
