Symone Sanders is leaving the VP’s office at the end of December. She has honorably served the position for three years.
Her exit marks the second departure among the VP’s communication staff. However, the actual reason behind her egress is not known.
In a note to confirm her departure, Sanders wrote about being honored to serve for the VP. While the office is yet to comment on the matter.
Before working with the Biden-Harris campaign, Symone was a political commentator. She also served as national press secretary in 2016.
