Under Chef Alfred Stephen at Olives in New York City, he perfected his methods and ultimately ascended to the position of Executive Pastry Chef at Abe & Arthur.
He transformed into a well-known pastry chef, with clients like Derek Jeter, Sofia Vergara, John Legend, and Brooke Shields.
