The couple is suing the responsible company, ICON park, for the wrongful death. Nekia and Yarnell are from the St. Louris County from the North, and they were visiting the ICON park, which led to the demise of their son.

Consequently, Nekia and Yarnell have issued a 65-page complaint against the business owners of ICON park in demand of a trial by jury. The lawsuit also includes various other business organizations linked in the business with ICON park.

Tyre Sampson Parents Lawsuit Over Son’s Death

Tyre Sampson was a fourteen-year-old boy who was also 6 feet and 2 inches tall. He had the scope to play football, as he was playing football and studying before he died from the freefall.

Due to misadjustment of the seat and the use of faulty safety indicators, the kid died due to faulty park management. The free-standing drop tower stood at 430 feet, it was the tallest standing tower, but once it reached the top, it sped at 30 degrees per hour.

In addition, the freefall rides often have a shoulder harness and a seatbelt, but the FreeFall ride of ICON park seems to only have a shoulder harness; thus, the kid’s death was due to the lack of proper safety protocol.
