The hospital Director, Dr. Deepak Namjoshi, clarified the circumstance surrounding Singh’s death. The singer was admitted to the hospital ten days ago.
While the doctors were busy investigating Bhupinder’s colon ailment after he got admitted to the hospital after an infection in his bowels, he got infected with Covid-19, and his health started deteriorating.
As Bhupinder’s health worsened, doctors put him on a ventilator on Monday morning, but he suffered a cardiac arrest the same evening and was pronounced dead.
As the news of his death started appearing on the internet, people expressed their heartbreak and posted tributes through their social media accounts.
