THE SON of Craig Nelson Ross Jr., the suspect arrested in the case of missing girl Charlotte Sena, has slammed his father in on-camera remarks.

Sena, 9, was found alive on October 2 days after she disappeared while on a camping trip with her family.

Sena was riding her bike on September 30 with a group of children at Moreau Lake State Park in Saratoga County, 48 minutes north of Albany, New York but disappeared after doing a solo loop without the group.

Her parents, David and Trisha Sena, began looking for her just minutes after she was last seen – but Sena was missing and left her bike behind.

After Sena was found alive on Monday, police arrested Craig N. Ross Jr. and charged him with first-degree kidnapping.

Police visited Ross’ home in upstate New York on Monday, where his son, Joshua, was captured on camera by TMZ.

Speaking from the home, Joshua told the outlet that he and his sister that the two “understand the gravity of this situation.”

He went on to confirm that his father had been jailed.

“We want nothing to do with him,” Joshua continued.

“I couldn’t give a f*** if the dude dropped dead tomorrow.

“I couldn’t care less.”

Joshua continued to react to the situation.

“He’s disgusting, he’s gross,” Joshua said of his father.

“He should die. I couldn’t care less.

“I couldn’t give a rat’s a** what happens.”

RANSOM NOTE CAPTURE

Ross Jr., 46, was arrested and charged on Monday but the investigation continues.

Investigators were spotted gathering evidence at his home on Tuesday afternoon.

Ross was first linked to the young girl through DNA and fingerprints left on a ransom note that was found in Sena’s parents’ mailbox.

The DNA and fingerprints were traced to a 1999 arrest after Ross was found to be driving while intoxicated, Governor Kathy Hochul confirmed on Monday night during a press conference.

After Ross’ arrest, the New York State Police put out a statement: “We cannot emphasize enough how appreciative we are for the support we received from Charlotte’s community, friends and family.

“This is still an active investigation. More details will be shared as they become available.”

Meanwhile, Sena’s parents were relieved that she was found alive and safe.

“We are thrilled that she is home, and we understand that the outcome is not what every family gets,” they said in a statement to local CBS affiliate WRGB.

“A huge thank you to the FBI, the New York State Police, all of the agencies that were mobilized, all of the families, friends, community, neighbors, and hundreds of volunteers who supported us and worked tirelessly to bring Charlotte home.”
