SPOOKY footage taken at an alleged UFO hotspot appears to show glowing objects floating into a triangle formation.

The eerie sighting, which took place earlier this month in Utica, New York – about 54 miles from Albany – was captured in a four-minute video.

TikTok user StayGhosty shared the video clip of the sighting, captioning the post: “UFO Sighting Utica, NY 10-02-2023. Did anyone else see this?”

The video is timestamped at 6:49pm EST on October 2, 2023.

As the person behind the camera witnesses the unusual sight, he is heard saying: “One, two, three… another one out there,” as three bright, circular objects are seen on the left part of the sky with a fourth one further out on the right, close to the American flag seen in the clip.

He recounted only two objects being seen in the sky before the other two appeared.

The videographer also noted how different the plane in the sky looks, saying: “You can see what the plane looks like right there.”

After looking at the plane, he noted there were three objects in the sky, which slowly began to make a triangle formation in the sky.

He is heard questioning: “What is that?” and wondering why the objects were staying in such a formation, only to move into a different formation just seconds later.

Dozens of TikTokers took to the comments section of the post to offer their thoughts, with one saying: “I live in western New York.

“It is a hotspot and has been for years. The Allegany state park I’ve seen dozens.”

However, other commentators suspected the lights to be either commercial airplanes or Starlink satellites catching the sunlight.

“If you live near an airport it could be a bunch of commercial airliners headed towards you to land,” another viewer wrote.

Another said: “It’s Starlink satellite I had them over Canandaigua lake. at least two dozen all in straight line.”

However, a fourth TikToker insisted: “Not star link it’s more dots and smaller lights only visible at night.”

A Starlink is described as a satellite internet constellation operated by American aerospace company SpaceX.

A fifth TikTok user suggested: “Fort drum has been doing exercises… these could be flares. was this facing North North West from you?”

Others had more of a unique take on the objects, with one saying: “What if it’s the holes punched in the atmosphere from one of those space companies.”

The objects were also likened to drones by other viewers, with one commenting: “Perhaps it could have been drones/helicopters heading to Moreau state park to look for the little girl that was missing.”

Interestingly enough, UFOSightingUSA.com, states that Utica ranks 23rd on the list of cities with the most reported UFO sighting in the state of New York in 2021.
