The upset resident, who goes by @billcoproductions on TikTok, shared footage of what his front yard looks like and what alleged issues were pointed out by his neighbor.

Billco captioned the video showing the code compliance ticket he received, “About to go out of my way to cause hell now. I called and complained about his RV already.”

In the video, he explains why code compliance was allegedly trying to fine him for the jack that on his property, saying: “Oh, you mean the floor jack that’s right there?

“And this little scrap pile? That you can’t even see from the street, but obviously my neighbor is calling to complain about it?

“Alright, two can play this game.”

In the comments section below the video clip, Billco, who often posts on TikTok to show the work he does on cars, said the code he was violating was “city code, not HOA.”

In another video clip, captured from his ring camera, Billco showed a woman outside his door telling him about the complaint.

He captioned the video: “At the beginning, she said my neighbor called and complained multiple times but it didn’t save on the ring for some reason.”

When he asked about what the complaint was about, the woman said it was due to car parts and the jack being outside on his property, more specifically, “stored outside in front of the garage.”

The woman with code enforcement advised him: “You have to throw them out of public view, if not I’m going to have to write a citation.”

When Billco responded, “Alright, so if I park vehicles in front of it and you can’t see it from the street, is that out of public view?”

The woman replied: “No, it has to be stored out of public view where if the neighbor saw it, that’s in their view.

“It may not be in mine from the street, but if somebody is on the side, or wherever, or whomever… if they see it it’s not out of public view.”

Billco told the woman “That’s ridiculous,” before the video cuts out.

The ticket Billco received, reads: “The City of North Richland Hills has ordinances that regulate the accumulation of items, trash placement & storage, grass & weeds, parking, inoperative vehicles, pools and fences on private property.”

The item on the list informed Billco that: “The accumulation of miscellaneous items or debris on the property must be cleaned up or removed.”

In another video shared on Billco’s TikTok page, he revealed one of the ways he’s attempting to get what he claims is revenge on his neighbor.

“7 a.m. happens to be the legal time I’m allowed to start working loudly. Good morning neighbor!” he wrote alongside footage of him revving his motorcycles with another man doing the same thing.

Then, in another clip, Billco is seen standing by a Uhaul truck, which appears to be in his driveway.

“Sorry to break the news but…” he wrote in the caption.

In the video, he explains: “Well, it is what it is. Sorry to say, my neighbors are probably going to be pretty upset when they find out that I ain’t f***ing moving.”

“And that [the Uhaul] ain’t for me,” he concludes with a smile on his face.

One TikTok user commented: “Boooyyyyyy you wild for that one.”

Another TikToker offered some advice, saying: “Build a privacy fence panel that uses 5 boards with the tallest one in the middle, thus giving him the finger.”

However, another commenter spoke out in defense of the neighbor, saying: “Yeah but no neighbor wants to see a bunch of clutter and junk, parts in yards eyesore and devalues the area. duh.”

A fourth wrote: “You move into a place that has rules, that you signed into, then proceed to complain when someone enforces them. There’s a simple solution.”
