A HOMEOWNER has slammed the condition of his neighbor’s yard branding it embarrassing.
Chris Bayer has said the state of the yard has been getting worse over time.

Bayer, of Chicago, claimed that his neighborhood has used part of his yard as a “dumping ground,” per the Fox affiliate WFLD.
He said: “You see rusty car parts, old scrap wood.”
Footage that was shared by WFLD showed the neighbor’s yard strewn with tree branches and other clutter.
Bayer claimed that there are at least four cars that don’t have tags or stickers.
He said a snowmobile had also been left abandoned.
Bayer has told how the problem has led to an influx of wildlife.

He said: “Due to this, we get raccoons coming over the fence. We see rats. We get feral cats.”
The homeowner has claimed that he has even seen squirrels.
Bayer said: “Honestly it’s embarrassing.”
He told how he used to like inviting his friends and family over in the evenings.
Meanwhile, Bayer’s backyard is tidy and neat and he has added some flowers to spruce up its appearance.
The U.S. Sun previously reported how homeowner Robert Frazier, of Florida, has been forced to fork out thousands of dollars after a tree from his neighbor’s yard fell into his.
He told how he was left with a damaged fence, boat, and car following a severe storm, per First Coast News.
Homeowners are not responsible for tree damage on a neighboring property if the tree was healthy at the time, according to lawyers at the Floridian legal firm Gulisano Law PPLC.
