But the chef hasn’t paid any rent at the Los Angeles apartment he’s lived in since May, Fox News reported.

The situation has put an enormous amount of stress on his elderly landlord Claudia, who didn’t want to provide her name to Fox News.

Fleischman told the outlet he intended “to pay rent and to be a normal tenant” but that things quickly went off the rails.

“I haven’t paid rent because intentionally she wouldn’t provide keys or an agreement,” the chef claimed.

“Landlords or those renting a room have responsibilities.

“She did not ask for rent for the first 2-3 months.”

Another tenant of Claudia’s confirmed to Fox News that she don’t have a lease either because the landlord “goes off of her heart.”

But the property owner claimed Fleischman hasn’t held up his end of the bargain as a tenant or a business partner.

“He has paid no deposit, no rent, has no lease or any keys,” she said.

“We kept telling him for months to leave, but he refuses.”

Claudia tried to get help from police, but they told her their hands are tied because this is a civil matter.

“The police say it’s illegal to make him leave or to lock him out,” the landlord said.

Claudia claimed that when Fleischman initially moved in, they had plans to host dinner parties at the unit together and charge customers a fee.

“He said a partnership with us would pay all for the entire home,” the landlord said.

But she claims Fleischman used her credit card to buy food for the event and never paid her back.

The purchase is listed as a disputed charge on her bank statements reviewed by Fox News.

“He was just a con man,” Claudia said.

Fleischman called her claims “made-up stuff from a crazy person” and said they got along for the first three months of their relationship.

His company didn’t immediately respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment.
