A FUMING resident has threatened to report a neighbor to their homeowner’s association after supposed frustrations over children’s chalk drawings on nearby pavement.
The tense altercation between the unidentified California residents went viral on social media in July 2020.
An elderly couple could be seen seemingly entering the garage of their neighbor’s home in the video obtained by TMZ.
It was also reposted to TikTok several times by some users.
“You son of a b**ch,” the woman could be heard yelling at the male neighbor, who seemingly started filming as the verbal altercation began.
The elderly gentleman, seemingly her husband, then pulled her away in an apparent attempt to de-escalate the situation.
“You won’t even tell your kids to stop it — where’s your wife?” the woman questioned the male neighbor.
“She’s a nice person, she talks nice.”
The frustrated woman then asked the man to bring his wife outside, to which he refused.
“I cannot, get out of my house please,” he responded.
The woman was then pulled out of the garage by her husband but returned to place her hand on the neighbor’s car.
“Tell your kids to stop it, or I’m gonna…” she could be heard threatening.
Later in the clip, after a few more verbal exchanges, it’s quickly revealed that she appears to be upset over chalk drawings on a sidewalk in the neighborhood.
“You have nice kids and a nice wife,” the elderly woman noted.

The male neighbor responded: “Well, apparently they’re not nice when they’re just coloring chalk on the sidewalk.”
“What’s bothering you about this?”
The woman then shouted back, “because it looks like sh*t!”
At one point, the elderly husband also stepped in after trying to pull his wife back and claimed they’d report the neighbor and his family to the HOA for an alleged violation with the chalk drawings.
“You’re not supposed to do this — the homeowner’s association is going to fine you…” the husband could be heard saying.
The woman also added a racist remark about the man having “slanted eyes” and not being the father to his children.
“Please take your wife home, sir,” the neighbor requested of the elderly man.
He repeated himself several times as the husband could again be seen pulling his wife out of the garage.
The argument proceeded to escalate further near the end of the video, as the neighbor warned the elderly woman not to touch his children.
“Get the hell out of my house,” he said.
“Sir, last chance before I pepper spray her.”
The neighbor could then be heard saying, “that’s it,” before the clip abruptly ended.
It’s unclear whether the claims of the chalk drawings being a violation of HOA rules were true or not or whether a complaint was filed.
