JORAN van der Sloot has described using a cinderblock to bash 18-year-old Natalee Holloway’s head after she refused his sexual advances in a shocking confession.

The Netherlands native gave horrific details on the final moments of the teen who disappeared on a trip in Aruba in 2005, sparking a nearly decade-long mystery.

On Wednesday, van der Sloot, 36, pled guilty to extorting Holloway’s family for money and promising to give them details on her disappearance and location of her body.

He was hit with an additional sentence of 20 years that will be tacked onto an existing 24-year sentence he’s been serving in Peru for an unrelated murder.

The killer cannot be convicted for the murder of Holloway due to a 12-year statute of limitations in Aruba.

Holloway was last seen by her fellow Birmingham, Alabama, classmates leaving a bar with van der Sloot.

In an interview with prosecutors on October 3, he admitted to taking her down to the beach where they started to kiss.

“I find a space before we get to the Marriott Hotel where I lay her down,” he said, according to court documents.

“We start kissing each other, and I start feeling her up again and she tells me no.

“I insist. I keep feeling her up eighter way, and she ends up kneeing me in the crotch.”

After Holloway got him off of her, van der Sloot, who was a student at the time, said he retaliated by kicking her “extremely hard” in the face.

The blow left her unconscious or possibly dead, he remembered in the horror admission.

Beside Holloway, there was a cinderblock, which he used to “smash her head in completely.”

“Her face basically collapses in,” he said.

“Even though it’s dark, I can see her face is collapsed in.”

Scared of getting caught, van der Sloot said he dragged her body into the ocean and walked home.

MOM’S HEARTACHE

Holloway’s mother Beth made a heartwrenching victim impact statement in court, saying that she lost her teaching license and tenure searching fruitlessly for her daughter.

She told the court that van der Sloot had callously watched pornography after murdering her child, and turned to him before saying, “you look like hell.”

“You terminated her dreams, her potential, her possibilities when you bludgeoned her to death in 2005,” Holloway said on the stand as she ripped into Van der Sloot.

“I paid my daughter’s killer money. That’s shocking. I don’t think anyone can really wrap their mind around what that means.”

In June, van der Sloot was extradited to the United States after it was revealed that he contacted Holloway’s family and offered to give them key information for $250,000.

He asked for an initial $25,000 payment, and once the body was recovered and confirmed to be Natalee, he told Holloway he would then collect the remaining $225,000, according to the indictment.

Holloway wired $15,000 to a bank account in the Netherlands linked to Van der Sloot and sent an additional $10,000 through an attorney, court records show.

Once Van der Sloot had the $25,000, he showed the attorney where Natalee’s remains were allegedly hidden.

But, he later admitted by email the information was worthless, according to court records.

In tears, Beth continued to slam him in court saying, “You didn’t get what you wanted from Natalee, your sexual satisfaction, so you brutally killed her.

“You are a killer, and I want you to remember that every time that jail door island.

“You are the one in Aruba no one wants to be, the black mark on the island.”

‘NO LONGER THAT PERSON’

During the hearing, Van der Sloot apologized to the Holloway family, claiming he had given his life to Jesus Christ and was reborn.

“I would like to take this chance to apologize to the Holloway family, to apologize to my own family, to say I hope the statement I provided brings some kind of closure to everyone involved,” a remorseful Van der Sloot said.

“I am no longer that person I was back then.”

Speaking to reporters after the hearing, Holloway revealed that Van der Sloot killed her daughter on the beach and then dumped her body in the water.

“Today, I can tell you with certainty, after 18 years, that as far as I’m concerned, Natalee’s case is solved,” Holloways said.

“It is over. Joran Van der Sloot is no longer a suspect in my daughter’s murder. He is the killer.

“It has been a very long and painful journey, but we finally got the answers we’ve been searching for all these years. We finally got justice for Natalee.”

NEVER RECOVERED

Van der Sloot has been in a Peruvian prison since 2012 for the murder of college student Stephany Flores Ramírez in Lima, Peru – five years after Holloway’s disappearance.

He beat the Peruvian woman unconscious before smothering her with his bloodied shirt in a hotel room in what he said was an “impulsive act.”

Van der Sloot pleaded guilty to Ramirez’s murder and was sentenced to 28 years.

Natalee’s body has never been recovered. She was legally declared dead in January 2012.

Family attorney John Q. Kelly told Today that there will not be any further investigation or search for the 19-year-old’s remains.
