Kim Kardashian has claimed that she was once asked to fill in for Victoria Beckham on the Spice Girls tour.

Speaking on Thursday night’s latest episode of The Kardashians the star, 42, told how bandmate Mel C asked her to help out after recalling how she once performed as Posh for a talent show.

‘They asked me if I would be her part. Mel C asked me,’ Kim told a group of friends while attending a soccer game with their kids in London including daughter North, 10.

‘Can you imagine? North is like, ‘Do it, mom!’ Kim added.

Kim elaborated on Mel C’s invitation in a confessional, stating: ‘Sporty Spice wrote a book and she signed it inside and she sent it to me.

‘It said they were going on tour and they needed a Posh and would I be the Posh? I am sure she was joking but when I was in high school would I ever have thought that this was like a thing? 

‘I am just a girl from high school who loves the Spice Girls and now they are asking me?’ 

Elsewhere on the episode The Kardashians viewers have been left shocked after a British Love Island star made a surprise cameo. 

During the instalment Kim was seen taking son Saint, seven, and his friends on epic soccer trip across Europe.

While in London, the reality star took the boys to an Arsenal game before they enjoyed a West End show  

The group were filmed inside Adelphi Theatre after watching Back to the Future The Musical where they went backstage to meet the show’s stars. 

One of whom was none other than Amber Davies, who has pursued a career in theatre after winning season three of Love Island with Kem Cetinay.

In the scene, Kim and the boys were seen hanging out with the cast as she gushed: ‘The cast is so sweet and so much fun and everyone’s just like doing these funny TikTok dances. It’s just such a cool experience.’ 

Kim then posed for a group shot with the cast before adding: ‘thanks you guys. It’s just such a great show.’ 

Amber, 27, discussed the moment on social media, responding to a fan who tweeted that they ‘didn’t expect’ to see her on their screens. 

She confessed: ‘I did not have that down on my bingo card for 2023 either.’ 

The Dancing on Ice star went on to share a clip from the show that she captioned: ‘An interval I won’t be forgetting anytime soon. Mom I made it.’ 

Amber documented the meeting back in March as she shared a picture with Kim and Saint on Instagram.

She wrote at the time: ‘Thank you for coming to watch @bttfmusical. Ermmmmmm…… My life is made. @kimkardashian.’

But she was soon left mortified after realising she had met the fashion icon while wearing 1970s attire, as well as bags under her eyes and a padded suit.

Giving her followers a full-length view of her outfit, she quipped: ‘It’s the fact that Kim Kardashian saw me dressed like this. Ready for the met gala.’ 

Amber is currently on the UK tour of Pretty Woman: The Musical and will be appearing on next year’s Dancing On Ice.  

Later in the episode Kim was seen letting her hair down as she headed to the pub with her friends. 

She revealed in confession: ‘It’s St. Patrick’s Day, my security is watching all of the kids so that the mum’s finally can have some fun.’

All the women then toasted with pints of Guinness, as Kim explained: ‘We all need a little drink to deal with our kids.’

A young woman then walked up to Kim to take a picture with her, adding she’s trying to be a lawyer as well.

They take a picture together before Kim and the mums all leave, with Kim adding in confession: ‘It’s fun to be recognized by a fellow law student. 

‘It’s just like fun to walk into a random pub with random people and like hang out and be normal.’
