A content creator has described the three worst places to live in your 20s after spending time in almost every major US city.Â
In a video on TikTok, Taylor Offer claimed Miami, San Francisco, and Nashville are the most difficult places to live as a young adult.
Offer says despite these locations being known to boast popular tourist attractions – including Miami’s sun-filled beaches, San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge, and Nashville’s Country Music Hall of Fame Museum – he had unfortunate personal experiences.
Some of the reasons he uses to justify his choices include high prices, the weather and nightlife.
Content creator Taylor Offer listed the three worst cities in the US to live in while you’re in your 20s, which he based on weather, expenses, nightlife, and personal experiences
Offer was not too fond of Miami for reasons that include hot and muggy weather for most of the year
According to Offer, the third worst town town is Miami, in south Florida.
He said: ‘Miami is super fun for a weekend – you go there and you’re like: “This is awesome.”‘
But he ultimately decided that if you live in Miami, ‘you will hate it.’
He stated: ‘Three or four months of the year, you cannot walk outside… You walk outside and you drip sweat within five minutes.
‘It is miserable – you don’t want to leave your house.’Â
Miami has year-round muggy weather that according to Offer leads people to, ‘drip sweat within five minutes’
He listed San Francisco as the second worst city, stating he had a terrible experience in this California location.
Offer said: ‘Every morning, you have fresh human feces on your doorstep. This is true, that actually happened to me.’

Housing and rent are other red flags in Offer’s mind when thinking about San Francisco.
He said: ‘It is extremely expensive for rent, the guy to girl ratio is just like 12 guys for one girl which sucks at every bar, you’re paying thousands of dollars for rent no matter where you are.’
Other issues he talked about were the roads and transportation that contribute to the reason why San Francisco is, ‘horrible.’
He stated: ‘You can’t have a car ’cause it’ll get broken into, you can’t walk anywhere cause it’s so hilly, you have to Uber everywhere – it just sucks.’
The TikToker had several problems with San Francisco, one of them being the nightlife that may not work in favor for men

Nashville is known as music city to some people due to its illustrious history and love of country music. Downtown Nashville is also known for its nightlife and live music
Offer concluded his three worst cities with Nashville – the capital of Tennessee that is also referred to as music city.
He said: ‘It is fun for a weekend; if you live there, there is no healthy food. You’ll gain 20 pounds instantly – they don’t believe in salads there.’Â
Offer added: ‘You’ll drink so much beer everywhere that you’ll be so gross… It’s like disgustingly hot and humid half the year.’
